Sales & Project Executive
What are we looking for?
We need a professional like you who knows how to connect and has proven experience building on existing relationships, eliminating competitor threats within our customer base, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You’ll be part of our project team and work closely with our creative team to build collaborative relationships with clients and assist them with our expertise solutions.
Responsibilities
- Manage on-going projects daily.
- Support clients through virtual meetings where possible.
- Prepare sample visuals and background information proving the value of, and as a basis for, our digital solutions.
- Prioritise and organise work to ensure smooth timeline management.
- Participate in brainstorming, presentation, staff meetings, and client meetings; research and assist with project development for existing clients and new prospects.
- Follow up with clients regularly to ensure needs are being met and to identify opportunities.
- Maintain a database of clients, prospects, partners, and vendors.
Education & Experience
- Age: 25-35
- Education: At minimum, a Diploma accreditation in Art & Design, Creative Multimedia, Advertising, Media, Business Studies & Administration, Mass Communications, Marketing, or equivalent.
- Requires at least 2 year or above of working experience in an advertising/creative/digital agency environment.
- . Excellent verbal and written communication in English & Mandarin
- Comfortable in public speaking with good presentation
- Good understanding of advertising & digital industries
- Result-oriented and strong organization skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts while seeking new opportunities.
- Ability to understand client needs and negotiate costs and services.
- Proactive and fast learner.
