Digital Marketing & Sales Specialist

What are we looking for?

To initiate, lead and maintain the marketing activities in order to accelerate growth and building a reputable brand.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
  • Create and maintain our social media presence
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Keeping up with the latest industry news and changes, brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Collaborate with clients and other vendor partners
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

Desired Education & Experience

  • Age: 24 – 35
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising/ Media Studies, Business Studies, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
  • Requires at least 1 to 2 years of working experience in marketing field.
  • Functional understanding and experience in managing all digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, etc.
  • Able to communicate in English and Chinese. 
  • Possess a driving license or own vehicle.
